Order Key or Access Device
Access devices such as keys, fobs and remote controls can be ordered via completing the below request form if we have been authorised to manage such devices for that building or scheme. All tenants are to order devices via their Managing Agent.
Some devices are managed onsite via a Building Manager or require authorisation from a Committee Member. If you have a Building Manager, we strongly recommend you first liaise with the Building Manager to confirm if they hold/ manage the device you require before completing and submitting the online request form.
Once the below form has been completed and the necessary supporting documents attached (for identification and security purposes) you will be contacted via email advising of the total cost and payment methods available. All orders will be dispatched via Express Australia Post.
Please note a deposit or payment will be required for the device in line with your building’s instructions. In addition to the cost of the device there is an administration and postage fee applicable for each order.
