Statutory Fees apply for the provision of a Form 34 (Body Corporate Certificate).

Standard (5 Business Days) – $84.10

Repeat request Certificate, within 3 months of original certificate – $71.50

Request a Community Management Statement (CMS) – $82.50 incl GST

Payment must be made to the office of Bright & Duggan before a certificate will be issued.
