Early reporting supports effective planning, ensures efficient resource allocation, and strengthens the overall resilience of your community. By taking a moment to lodge a request when something isn’t quite right, you play an essential role in safeguarding the quality and longevity of your shared spaces.

Here is how to make a request:

  • For non-urgent repairs, visit our website and complete the maintenance request form. It’s quick and easy, and once submitted, the appropriate contractor will contact the nominated person within 24 hours.
  • For urgent issues, call your local office during business hours 9am-5pm Monday – Friday.
  • For after-hours emergencies, contact our 24/7 Emergency Service on 1300 092 863.
