Here is how to make a request:
- For non-urgent repairs, visit our website and complete the maintenance request form. It’s quick and easy, and once submitted, the appropriate contractor will contact the nominated person within 24 hours.
- For urgent issues, call your local office during business hours 9am-5pm Monday – Friday.
- For after-hours emergencies, contact our 24/7 Emergency Service on 1300 092 863.
