At Bright & Duggan, we have proudly proclaimed ourselves to be Australia’s strata leader. An ambitious and purposeful claim that drives our people and business every day. Being Australia’s strata leader creates an obligation and responsibility to strive for a higher purpose in everything we do – it breeds responsibility and accountability and promotes critique when standards are not met. Our DNA has always been to innovate and build – our people, our business and our communities. The past 12 months has been the most exciting period of growth, development and change experienced in our 45-year history. Our unique points of difference have never been so profound.
Our business is an integral member of the Bright & Duggan Property Group, a national strata and facilities management business managing in excess of 70,000 lots, comprising 300+ staff, and represented by five strong brands – Bright & Duggan, Cambridge Management Services, Change Strata Management, Capitol Body Corporate Management, North Shore Strata Management and Structure Building Management.
Our secret is our people, and our long-term vision and engagement with our team over 45 years has enabled us to engage, retain, attract and develop the very people that make our business a success. We have consistently adapted ourselves to not just react to market changes but lead transformational restructures that resonate through the marketplace and become the template for the industry to follow. In short, we lead, others follow. Exactly what you’d expect from Australia’s strata leader.
