Our Executive Management Team
A veteran of the industry, Trevor joined Bright & Duggan in 1982 and became a licensed strata manager in 1989 and a licensed real estate agent the following year.
The depth of Trevor‘s knowledge and experience in strata management is a stronghold for our highly skilled team of managers. Trevor’s commitment to best practice have positioned him as one of our dedicated leaders to our elite strata team. Trevor’s expertise guides the teams to develop best-fit solutions that meet our customers every need.
Arguably one of the country’s best-known strata leaders and innovator, Chris oversees our strategic direction and new business opportunities. Working in the property industry for over twenty years has given Chris a passion for customer satisfaction and providing unparalleled service every time.
Chris is the President of Strata Community Australia (NSW), having served as a Director since 2010. He sits on the Griffith University Strata & Community Title in the 21st Century Conference Committee, UDIA (NSW) Strata Committee as well as being a presenter at numerous industry events and conventions. He holds a Bachelor of Land Economics from UTS.
Chris’s expertise is in complex scheme consulting and establishment, having overseen the establishment of Australia’s most complex strata, community, and BMC schemes.
Executive General Manager | Human Resources
Damien has been the Executive General Manager for our national Group since 2016, overseeing human resources activities, and compliance across our group. In addition, Damien also has Executive responsibility for marketing and events. He has been in the strata industry for nearly a decade. Damien is a qualified Human Resources professional and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). He has worked primarily in Human Resource Management related roles across his career often with a project, process re-engineering or operational focus.
He has worked across multiple industries including Gaming, Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG) and Telecommunications and has worked for some of Australia’s biggest corporate employers including the TAB Group and Nestle.
Damien brings a wealth of corporate experience to Bright & Duggan and is passionate about ethics, fairness and compliance within Human Resource Management. He is also a licensed strata manager.
Executive General Manager | Strata
Phil is one our most enthusiastic and dedicated staff members and we can not think of anyone better to lead our strata team. He joined Bright & Duggan in 1999 and has risen through the ranks to become the Executive General Manager for our strata division overseeing the day-to-day operations of our strata teams and oversees customer experience.
Phil is a licensed strata manager, a member of Strata Community Australia (NSW) and has received a level 3 accreditation as a Practising Strata Community Manager.
Accompanied with his experience in managing complex multi-titled schemes and facilities management companies, Phil will always ensure his team provides the highest level of professionalism at all times.
Executive General Manager | Projects & Business Transformation
Belinda is a highly experienced Commercial Leader with over 20 years’ experience in Business Transformation and Project Management both within Australian and overseas markets. Since joining Bright & Duggan in 2016, Belinda has emersed herself in the strata industry, delivering Customer Centric solutions that provide a point of difference, build capability and positive client interactions. Her successes and contribution at an industry level were formally recognised as a SCA State award winner in 2019 and then a National award recipient in 2020.
Belinda has a strong focus on driving innovation and business transformation that adds value to both external and internal clients. As someone who thrives on learning and frequently asks “Why”, Belinda is committed to empowering others through knowledge and not resting on yesterday’s successes. Belinda is passionate about the strata industry and the progress to be made for ensuring those living in communities have a positive experience when navigating the complexities of strata management.
Executive General Manager | CMS
Hugh has over 14 years’ experience as a Strata and Facilities Manager, which includes the strata management of prestigious and intricate high-rise developments, such as Pier at Waterfront Newstead, Park at Waterfront Newstead, Tennyson Reach and Surfers Aquarius.
Commencing in 2005, Hugh was the Strata and Facilities Manager for Sanctuary Cove Resort. Sanctuary Cove is a large and complex integrated resort that runs under its own legislation, the Sanctuary Cove Resort Act 1985. Hugh held this position for three years before taking up the position of Senior Strata Manager at Hope Island Resort and appointed as QLD general manager in July 2013.
Hugh is a Certified Member of Strata Community Australia (QLD) and holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management.
