Book an Online Strata Search (NSW)

Please complete the below form to request to inspect the books and records via the online option. An email will be sent to confirm your booking. Search fees are $34.10 including GST (non-owners) for the first hour, $17.60 including GST per ½ hour thereafter and $19.35 including GST (owner). Payment is required by EFT.

If you require to conduct an in-person search within the Bright & Duggan Southport office, please contact our Customer Experience team on 02 9902 7100 to schedule a suitable time to visit the office.

Note: Private searchers will require written authority by the owner or agent prior to the strata search being booked.
