How can I get a copy of my ledger card?

How can I set up a direct debit?
To apply for a Direct Debit Arrangement, please submit your request online through the following link StrataPay – Manage Direct Debit.
*You will need your StrataPay Reference number (available on your Levy Notice) to access the online form.
How can I request arrears/interest be waived/discount reinstated?
To apply for financial relief relating to a request to reinstate discount, waive late fees or to request a payment arrangement, please submit your request online via the below link:

My levies have increased. What is the reason for that?
Levies are determined at the annual general meeting and are based on the budget that was approved.

I have overpaid my levies. How can I get a refund?
To organise a refund or transfer you will need to contact StrataPay directly by phone 1300 135 610 or email payments@stratapay.com.au.
I have sold this property. How do I update the details on file?
We are unfortunately unable to update your Roll details without the form 8 or Section 184, please have your solicitor send this through to customercare@bright-duggan.com.au at their earliest convenience.
I've made a payment but cannot see this reflected on my latest notice.
Payments can take 3-5 business days to enter the account.
If you have made payment in the last 5 days please use the link to owner portals StrataMax™ Portal – Login
You can review your account balance or download a copy of your ledger card for your records.
If you cannot locate your payment on the owner portal, please first check the payment details used to make payment, match the details on your latest notice.

How do I get an update on my payment plan/waive arrears request?
