To request an insurance certificate of currency, complete the form below and we will issue the certificate within 48 hours.

Please consider the turnaround time as shown below when ordering your certificate as we cannot guarantee it will be issued before office closure.
We recommend where possible, to have applications submitted by COB 15 December 2023 to ensure your request may be processed before our Christmas office closure.
