Request a Section 151 certificate

A sales certificate can be requested using the form below. A sales certificate provides the information about the building including: 

  • the names and addresses of the owner’s corporation managing agent and building manager (if applicable)
  • the levies to be paid by the owners
  • any outstanding levies
  • the address where the records and financial statements can be viewed
  • any special by-laws/ owner’s corporation rules made by the owners corporation in the past six months
  • building insurance policies
  • the proposals for funding matters set out in the 10 year maintenance plan
