Request a Section 151 certificate
Please note that our Office will be closing for the Christmas period from Friday, 20th December 2024 and reopening on Wednesday, 8th January 2025. As our closure approaches our team recommends that an urgent certificate is ordered to ensure your certificate is processed and issued to you before our end of year closure.
From Monday, 16th December, only urgent certificate requests and payments will be accepted. No certificate requests will be processed on Friday, 20th December.
Should you purchase a standard certificate, we cannot guarantee that the request will be processed and issued to you prior to our office closing. Should this occur, your certificate will be issued to you when the office re-opens.

A sales certificate can be requested using the form below. A sales certificate provides the information about the building including:
- the names and addresses of the owner’s corporation managing agent and building manager (if applicable)
- the levies to be paid by the owners
- any outstanding levies
- the address where the records and financial statements can be viewed
- any special by-laws/ owner’s corporation rules made by the owners corporation in the past six months
- building insurance policies
- the proposals for funding matters set out in the 10 year maintenance plan
