The Bureau of Meteorology and emergency services have issued a severe weather alert for NSW, with heavy rain, damaging winds, and hazardous surf expected from Tuesday 1 July through Thursday 3 July.
To help safeguard your property and ensure everyone’s well-being, here are a few important precautions to take:
- Secure all outdoor furniture and loose items on balconies or in common areas.
- Clear drains and gutters to prevent blockages and reduce the risk of flooding.
- Close and seal all windows and doors to protect against wind and water.
- Limit travel during peak storm conditions and stay updated via official sources.
- Check in on neighbours, especially those who are elderly or vulnerable, and ensure your emergency contact details are current.
Our strata and building management teams will be monitoring the situation closely and are here to support you. If you notice any urgent issues or damage, please report them promptly through the owners portal or by contacting us directly.
